The Rosemary

Fluorite is calcium fluoride, soft and perfectly cleavable, and only rarely found in a clean pink. The colour comes from trace chemistry and lattice defects rather than from treatment, and it survives the cutting wheel only when the rough is free of the cleavage planes that run through most material.

The Rosemary is a 502.30 ct cushion, cut in a combined brilliant and step pattern, and documented in an independent laboratory report as natural fluorite of pink colour with no detected treatments.
