How this site handles
data, enquiries and use.

The only personal data this website collects is what you choose to send through the enquiry form on the Office page: your name, your email address, the subject you select, your note and any images you attach.

We use that information to answer your enquiry and to keep a record of our correspondence. We do not sell it and we do not use it for advertising.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete your enquiry. Write to the office through the enquiry form and we will handle the request ourselves.

This site is a static presentation of the collection. It does not set advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not run third-party analytics or social pixels.

Your browser may store ordinary technical data needed to load the pages. Nothing is used to profile you across other websites.

You may attach up to five images per enquiry, each up to 8 MB. Attachments are previewed in your own browser before you send them.

Only send images you have the right to share. Please do not attach identity documents, bank details or other sensitive paperwork. We do not ask for them and do not want them by email.

Text, photography, reports and descriptions on this site are published for information about the collection. They are not an offer, a valuation, or investment advice, and they may be updated or corrected at any time.

Specifications and certificate details are reproduced as they were supplied to us. Where a stone is described as being under verification, that verification is still in progress and the figures shown should be read accordingly.

Images and written material belong to JDBG GEMS unless stated otherwise. Please ask before reproducing them.

The enquiry form is protected against automated abuse. Bulk sending, unsolicited marketing, scraping and attempts to interfere with the site are not permitted, and such messages are discarded.

If you believe you have found a security problem with this website, describe it through the enquiry form and we will look into it.
